Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of omniblack.caand any related forms or communications, including the Sllat dealer waitlist (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who provides this Service
The Service is provided by Omniblack Inc., a Canadian corporation with offices at 703 Petanque Cres, Ottawa, ON K4A 5L6, Canada. Sllat is a product of Omniblack Inc.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of the dealership you submit. By submitting the waitlist form you confirm both.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
- Submit information on behalf of someone without their permission;
- Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
- Use automated tools to submit forms or scrape the Service;
- Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service.
4. Consent to contact and messaging
When you submit the dealer waitlist form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Omniblack Inc. about Sllat, including by email and phone, at the contact information you provided.
If we later offer SMS-based communications, we will only send them after you opt in to those communications specifically. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to an SMS, by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing info@omniblack.ca. We honour opt-outs promptly.
5. Sllat product (separate terms apply)
The Sllat product itself is offered to dealerships under a separate service agreement. Joining the waitlist does not create a contractual obligation to provide or receive Sllat. Production Sllat usage is subject to its own terms, privacy notices, and data processing agreements provided at onboarding.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, design, code, logos, and product descriptions — is owned by Omniblack Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view this site for personal or business evaluation purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omniblack Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed CAD $100.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Omniblack Inc. harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
